Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with Paybob. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who buys, installs or uses the software, our website or your Paybob account.

1.The basic rule

Use Paybob only for lawful purposes. You must not use Paybob, or connect it to any website, app or business, that is illegal or restricted under the laws of the country you operate in, or of the countries where you offer your goods or services.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws and regulations that apply to your business, including licensing, tax, consumer protection and data protection rules.

2.Prohibited businesses and products

You may not use Paybob to collect payments for:

  • goods or services that are illegal where you or your customers are, or that require a licence, registration or approval you do not hold;
  • gambling, betting, lotteries or games of chance where they are illegal or unlicensed;
  • drugs, weapons, explosives or other regulated items sold without the required authorization;
  • counterfeit goods, or products and content that infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights;
  • adult content that is illegal, or any content that exploits minors;
  • financial schemes such as pyramid or Ponzi schemes, unlicensed investment or lending services, or money transmission you are not authorized to provide;
  • anything that promotes violence, hatred or terrorism.

3.Prohibited activities

You may not use Paybob to:

  • commit fraud, run scams or deceive customers about what they are paying for;
  • launder money, finance terrorism or evade sanctions or export controls;
  • process payments on behalf of other businesses in a way that breaks the rules of the payment providers you connect;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages through Paybob's notification features;
  • collect or use personal data unlawfully.

4.Security and the software

You may not:

  • remove, bypass or tamper with licence checks, or share, resell or publish licence keys;
  • distribute modified or unlicensed copies of the software;
  • attack, overload, probe or scan our website, licensing or update services;
  • try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
  • upload or spread malware through Paybob or our services.

5.Payment provider rules

Every gateway, wallet and bank you connect has its own rules about which businesses and transactions it accepts. You must follow them. A business allowed by this policy can still be refused by a payment provider, and we cannot override their decisions.

6.Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may, at our discretion and without advance notice:

  • suspend or terminate the licence and your account;
  • stop providing updates and support;
  • report the activity and share your account details with law enforcement or other authorities, as described in our Terms of Service.

Licences terminated for breaking this policy are not eligible for a refund, except where the law requires otherwise.

7.Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using Paybob in breach of this policy, email [email protected] or use "Report abuse" in the website footer. Include the website address and what you saw. We review every report and keep your report confidential where we can.

Paybob is provided by Qbify Technologies Limited, a company registered in the UK (company number 16788409), with its registered office at 310e East Wing, Langston Road, Loughton, Essex, United Kingdom, IG10 3TS.

8.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date above, and continuing to use Paybob after a change means you accept the updated policy.
