No. Paybob is self-hosted payment automation software, not a payment processor or licensed payment operator. It connects to the gateway, wallet and bank accounts you already own and automates payment verification and collection. Check that this approach fits the regulations where you operate before adopting it.

Neither. Paybob is non-custodial: every payment goes straight from your customer into your own gateway, wallet or bank account, and Paybob never touches the funds. We charge 0% transaction fees, so you only pay for your plan. Your payment providers still charge their own fees under your agreements with them.

Yes. Paybob connects to accounts you own, so you sign up with each provider directly and accept their terms and fees. That's what keeps you in control: the money, the relationship with the provider and the payouts all stay yours.

Your customer pays with the method they choose. Paybob receives the transaction details from your connected payment source, matches them to the right order and updates the order status as soon as the payment is verified, so the customer can carry on without waiting for manual confirmation. Your own system can be notified by webhook too.

Yes. Create payment links with a fixed amount or one the customer chooses, and email invoices with a pay button, a PDF copy and automatic reminders. No checkout to build, and both are served on each brand's own domain.

Yes. Use the REST API to create and verify payments from any website, app or custom software, and webhooks to get notified the moment a payment completes or is still pending. The developer documentation covers every endpoint.

On your server. Customer data, transaction records and gateway API keys stay in your installation and are never sent to us. We only receive licence information, such as the domains registered to your licence and the software version, to validate your licence and deliver updates.
