1.Your installation, your data

Paybob runs on infrastructure you control. The payments, orders, customer records and gateway credentials handled by your installation are stored on your server and are not sent to us. For that data, you are the controller and we do not have access to it.

2.Information we collect

We collect only what we need to sell, license and support Paybob:

Contact details, such as your name, email address and company, when you contact us or create an account.
Account and billing details needed to process licence purchases and renewals. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Licence information, such as the domains registered to your licence and the software version, used to validate licences and deliver updates.
Support conversations and the information you choose to share in them.
Basic technical data from our website, such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics are enabled.

3.How we use information

to provide, license and update the software;
to process payments for licences and send receipts;
to answer questions and provide support;
to send important service messages, such as renewal or security notices;
to send product news if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
to protect Paybob, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

4.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

with service providers who help us run Paybob (such as hosting, email and payment processing), under agreements that protect it;
with police, regulators, courts or other authorities when we receive a request we believe is lawful, or to prevent fraud, harm or illegal activity. This can include the details you gave when creating your account, your billing details, licence records and registered domains (see our Terms of Service);
as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.

5.Cookies

Our website and your account use cookies that are needed for them to work, such as keeping you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies, and if we add analytics we will ask for your consent where the law requires it. Details are in our Cookie Policy (paybob.io/cookie-policy).

6.How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as your account or licence is active and afterwards only as long as needed for the purposes above, such as meeting tax and accounting obligations or resolving disputes.

7.Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is completely secure, so please also keep your account details and your installation secure.

8.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email us. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.

9.International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where we do, we take steps to make sure it stays protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

10.Children

Paybob is a business product and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
